How Noctivion builds operator systems.
Noctivion builds fixed-scope, fixed-price operator systems for local service businesses. A deposit locks your founder price and your position in the build queue. The Phase 1 system goes live within 7 days. You own it at launch — no ongoing agency dependency.
Founder pricing is available for the first 10 operators per system type. Deposits are non-refundable — they are what lock the price and the queue position. Once all 10 slots are taken, pricing increases.

Start with a $30 Build Audit if you're not sure what to build. Or go directly to a system intake if you know what you need. Either path begins with a 45-minute call.

Deposit locks your slot
A deposit secures your founder price and your position in the build queue. Noctivion runs 4 build starts per week — earlier deposits get earlier build windows. The $30 audit deposit is credited in full toward your build.

Intake and brief
Noctivion collects everything needed to build: existing site or booking links, service catalog details, provider information, Stripe account, and calendar access. No assumptions — every build starts from your actual operation.

7-day V1 sprint
The Phase 1 build runs as a focused 7-day sprint starting from your scheduled build window. Not from the deposit date — from the day the sprint begins. Phase 1 is the core system: catalog, intake, deposit flow, and lead capture.

Operator handoff
At launch, you receive access credentials, operator documentation, and a working system. No ongoing agency dependency. Phase 2 — automation, advanced integrations, multi-location — is scoped separately after Phase 1 is live.

After your intake is complete and your build window is scheduled. Not the moment the deposit lands. The 7-day clock starts at your scheduled build start date.
What is Phase 1?
Phase 1 is the core system — service catalog or menu, intake or booking flow, deposit collection path, and lead capture. It goes live within 7 days of the scheduled build start. Phase 2 (automation, multi-provider, advanced integrations) is scoped after Phase 1 is live.
Is there ongoing support after Phase 1?
Phase 1 includes operator handoff — instructions, access credentials, and a working system you own. Ongoing support, Phase 2 builds, and automation upgrades are scoped separately.
